1In-stock orders will be shipped within 24–48 hours after payment. Pre-order items follow the lead time shown on the product page. Delivery may be delayed on holidays and peak shipping seasons.

A tracking number will be provided after shipment for you to track your package.

If the package is returned due to incorrect address or unreachable contact information, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.

Extra shipping fees for remote areas will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

Please check the goods upon arrival. For damaged, missing or wrong items, contact us with photos for free replacement or full refund. No claim will be accepted after signed delivery without valid proof.

Unshipped order: Full refund available anytime.

Refused package: If you refuse delivery without quality reasons, the round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

7-day return: Unused, unopened and intact products can be returned within 7 days after delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Quality issue: We offer free replacement or full refund, and cover both shipping fees for confirmed defective items.

Returns are not accepted for used, manually damaged, modified, incomplete items or requests beyond the 7-day return period.
